- Aadhar card of child, Father & Mother
- Proof of age: Birth certificate (In KG classes & I)
- 2 passport size-coloured photos of Child , Father & Mother
- Health certificate (In case the child has any alignment)
- Transfer Certificate (From 2nd Onward)
